Technology Commercialization Options

G.B. Technologies has developed various options for the commercialization of the Hi-PSI-G technology. At this juncture, the company has planned for its direct sale of products and services incorporating the technology for certain markets. Additionally, the company is offering to transfer the technology under U.S. and foreign licenses (may be regionally restricted). These licenses may take one or more forms as described below:

1. Assignment - with a license and grant back provision to G.B. Technologies for make, use, and sale in limited fields of use (FOUs are negotiable).
2. Exclusive Licenses - for make, use, and/or sale restricted by region, i.e., U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia, etc. which may be further restricted by region. Such licenses are intended for specific fields of use such as wallboard systems, joint cements/casting plasters, and/or mining applications.
3. Non-exclusive Licenses - for make, use, and/or sale in specific fields of use including, floor screeds and tiles.
